Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Mindling account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
1. Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Mindling.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This immediately and permanently deletes your account and associated data. In‑app deletion is available once you’ve signed in with Apple, Google, or email. If you’re playing as a guest (no sign‑in), your progress is tied to an anonymous identifier — signing out or uninstalling the app discards it.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email support@mindling.pet with the subject “Delete my account”, from or referencing the email address tied to your account. We’ll verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account identifier and any display name you set;
- Your mascots and all game progress — life, mana, streaks, generations, and history;
- Any custom (AI‑generated) mascot data;
- Your in‑app preferences and settings.
What may be retained
- Purchase records required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud‑prevention purposes are kept for a limited period as required by law. These do not contain your full payment card details.
- Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be used to identify you.
Timing
In‑app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days of verification.
